Ensamble Studio - Truffle house, Costa de Morte 2010. This bizarre holiday home was created with a form-work of hay bails and mud, to which a concrete shell was poured over. The resulting mass was a dense solid rock, whose interior spaces were then carved out over the course of the year by a cow eating its way through. See the process here.
